About this technical meeting

The PITA CFO Finance Forum builds upon the foundation of the regular program, with a specific emphasis on telecommunications finances, commercial operations, and development. It serves as a platform for industry professionals to delve deeper into the intricacies of financial management within the telecom sector, exploring emerging trends, challenges, risks, and opportunities.

Through specialized sessions, workshops, and discussions, participants gain insights into optimizing financial strategies, navigating regulatory, competitive and disruptive landscapes, and fostering innovation in commercial practices. The forum fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking among CFOs and finance executives, driving the continued growth and sustainability of telecom enterprises across the PITA region.

In addition to focusing on financial management, the PITA CFO Finance Forum also aim to find addresses to the evolving landscape of commercial practices, risks, assurance and the specific needs of telecom operators in the region. Sessions and discussions delve into topics such as revenue generation models, customer acquisition and retention strategies, market analysis, and partnerships.

There will be options for members to sign up for a 2-day Telecom Forecasting, Pricing & Business Cases Development Training, with an additional half day on Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Basics.
