The OneNeb Teleport will be installed at Fintel’s International Telecommunications Gateway, Vatuwaqa, Suva.

As an open multi-national business, OneWeb is committed to serving the global needs of governments, businesses and communities around the world through its global constellation. The Fiji teleport will allow OneWeb to supply high-speed internet services to businesses, government institutions, and vertical markets, connecting Fijian territory and surrounding waters.

With much of its global network already deployed, the OneWeb constellation, which enjoys valuable ITU-backed priority spectrum rights, will operate 648 satellites in low orbit (LEO) offering low latency, high speed connectivity.

Fintel’s regional telecommunications hub status was a natural attraction for OneWeb to expand its presence and service to Fiji and the Pacific Islands.
